Return of Goods

The consumer has the right to examine the goods for 14 days after receiving them, in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS).
If the goods are not suitable, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the order and return the purchased items within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To cancel the contract, please submit a written statement either hand-signed or digitally signed.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt.
A full refund will only be issued for goods that are unused, unopened, and unassembled.

Terms and Conditions:

• Products purchased from the online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date, upon presentation of the original receipt or invoice.

• Only products purchased from the Estonian online store www.ziphome.ee are eligible for return or exchange.

• To receive a full refund, the returned item must be:

  • unused,

  • in its original packaging,

  • and not fully or partially assembled.

• If the product has been opened and fully or partially assembled, we may refund up to 80% of the original purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned item.

• If the product is defective and/or has a non-repairable issue, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.

• Wall panels, textiles, mattresses, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• It is possible to return or exchange only the defective part of the product — it is not necessary to return the entire item if only one part is damaged.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
